How the integration works

• User Provisioning Enjoy a fast and streamlined onboarding process when you integrate Personio and TravelPerk. New Personio employees are automatically added to the Travelperk platform.
• Optimizing Employee Journeys Any changes to employee data at Personio is automatically updated within TravelPerk, ensuring that all information is up to date, at all times.
• User Deprovisioning When an employee leaves Personio, termination dates are automatically transferred to TravelPerk, and access is immediately revoked.
• Approval Flows TravelPerk’s approval flows are based on an Organizational Work Chart. When a supervisor changes at Personio, the approval flow is automatically updated within TravelPerk.

Transfer of data

Emlpoyee information is transferred from Personio to TravelPerk including:

• first name
• last name
• email
• gender
• status
• supervisor
• hire date
• termination date
• last modified at
• office
• profile picture
• team

Setting up the interface

1. Log into TravelPerk, select Account Settings > Integrations.
2. Find Personio and click on “Set Up”.
3. Click “Enable”.
4. A pop-up will appear sharing the read permissions that will give TravelPerk access. Click “Continue”.
5. Go to Personio to obtain the “Client ID” and “Client Secret” and click “Submit”.
6. You will be directed to a page to configure the Personio settings in TravelPerk. Here, you can choose the data that will be transferred and synchronized.

Contact TravelPerk

TravelPerk works on a consumption pricing model + a monthly SaaS fee. Clients pay a €100 or €300 monthly SaaS subscription based on their plan. In addition to this, there is a 3% fee on each trip, with a maximum of €30 per trip. A ‘trip’ includes all elements of a booking - car, train, plane, or stay, and can include up to 8 travellers.
