What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?
Integration scope
- User Provisioning: When you integrate Personio and FREENOW for Business, new employees are automatically added to the FREENOW for Business Account when added in Personio - for fast and streamlined onboarding.
- Employee Lifecycle: Whenever employee data is updated in Personio it automatically updates in the Business Account, too. This ensures your employee information is up-to-date all the time.
- User Deprovisioning: When employees leave the company, their respective FREENOW for Business account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Personio.
Setting up the Interface
- Navigate to “Integrations”
- Select the integration and click on "Connect"
- Insert the API credentials from Personio
- Click on "Connect"
Transfer of Data
The employee data that is being transferred can be filtered by the status of the active employees. This filter can be configured when setting up the integration or updated in Dashboard-> Employees
Read access is needed on Employee Data in Personio with attributes Email, Status and Employee ID.
