How the integration works

• User Provisioning: When you integrate Personio and Learnster, new employees are automatically added to Learnster when added in Personio - for fast and streamlined onboarding.

• Employee Lifecycle: Once employee data is updated in Personio it automatically updates in Learnster. This ensures your employee information is up-to-date all the time.

• User Deprovisioning: When employees leave the company, the respective Learnster account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Personio.

Transfer of data

Employee data can be transferred between Learnster and Personio including:

• first name
• last name
• email

Setting up the interface

1. Go to Studio
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Click on Integrations
4. Choose Locoia
5. Click on ""Personio""
6. Click on Enable
7. Choose which data shall be transferred
8. Insert the API credentials from Personio
9. Insert the name of your Learnster vendor, the vendor ID and the API credentials from Learnster.
10. Click on ""Finish""
