What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?
Setting up the Interface
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations
- Click on "New integration" on the native integrations page
- Select "Personio"
- Insert the API credentials from Personio
- Click on "Submit"
- Choose which data that shall be transferred and apply integration rules
How the integration works
Employee data is synchronised from Personio to eloomi including:
- Employee name
- Employee e-mail
- Job title
- Account ID
- Custom fields
- Organisational data
- Units
- Departments
- Groups
- Manager relation
User Creation: New employees are automatically added to Personio
User data synchronisation: Ensures your employee information is up-to-date all the time.
User Deprovisioning: When employees leave the company, the respective user is automatically deactivated in Eloomi.
