Integration scope

• Easy administration of user accounts The elearnio - Personio integration allows you to automatically create user accounts for your employees in elearnio and keep them up to date. Importing and updating users in elearnio is therefore very easy and fast.

• Automatic assignment to groups The integration also enables automatic assignment of employees to groups within elearnio, thus implicitly assigning training content.

Setting up the interface

Log in to your elearnio account and set up the integration:

1. From the main menu, go to "Settings"
2. Click on "Integrations"
3. Choose "Personio"
4. Enter the client ID and client secret that you copied from Personio
5. Click "Connect to Personio".

Start the synchronization:

1. Choose the synchronization settings (e.g. frequency, which employee data to synchronize)
2. Click "Start synchronization"
3. Wait for the synchronization to complete.

Transfer of data

Master data is transferred from Personio to elearnio.
