Transfer of data

Employee data is transferred from Personio to WorkFlex including:

Setting up the interface

1. The HR Manager logs in to WorkFlex and navigates to the “Integrations” section.
2. The HR Manager selects Personio to connect to.
3. The HR Manager configures the integration settings.
4. The HR Manager inserts Personio API credentials.
5. WorkFlex connects to Personio and retrieves a list of all employees.
6. The HR Manager selects the employees that need to be invited to WorkFlex.
7. WorkFlex sends invitations to the selected employees via email.
8. The invited employees receive an email with instructions on how to access WorkFlex.
9. The HR Manager can track the status of the invitation process in WorkFlex.
