What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?
Integration scope

After setting up the integration between Personio and the Ingentis org.manager, new employees are automatically added to the org.manager when added in Personio - for an up-to-date org chart.

Whenever employee data is updated in Personio and intended for the org chart it is automatically updated in the Ingentis org.manager. This ensures your employee information is up-to-date in the org chart all the time.

When employees leave the company, the respective org chart automatically adjusted accoding to the termination in Personio.

All changes in the org chart are the result of a reading access between the org.manager and Personio within pre defined periods.
Transfer of data
Employee data is transferred from Personio to Ingentis including:
- first name
- last name
- gender
- status
- position
- supervisor
- employment type
- weekly working hours
- hire date
- contract end date
- termination date
- probation period end
- subcompany
- office
- department
- cost centers
- profile picture
- team
Setting up the interface
- The customer reveices an AuthAgent questionnaire provided by Ingentis which needs to be filled out and send back to mailto:support@ingentis.com. This covers also the reqired IDP information.
- Ingentis is setting up the SaaS Tenant
- The customer needs to deliver the API Credentials
- The according setup within the org.manager will be performed by Ingentis
- Ingentis is accessing the data at a specified time (aligned with the customer) to update the organizational chart. The connection to the API will only be used in this step. The respective data which is available within Personio at that time will be displayed in the Org Chart.
- Ingentis provides the URL to access the org chart.
Contact Ingentis
The pricing is divided into a monthly- and a one time fee. The monthly license price of org.manager depends on the total number of employees or positions which will be displayed in the org chart - the higher number counts. There are no additional cost for admin or super users.
The initial roll out comes with a ramp- up fee starting at 2.650,00 EUR one off. It includes the complete setup and some minor adjustments on the templates (i.e. colors, attributes in the detail box etc.) but no major changes. Customers can take this configuration as baseline and design more customized views.
The customer can usually choose up to three templates from a template catalogue which will be discussed with the customer before the contract.
