Integration scope

• User Provisioning: Employees added to Personio will be created in Planday once a day.
• Employee Lifecycle: When synced employees are updated in Personio, these will update in Planday (applicable fields only and approved absence will be imported into Planday)
• User deprovisioning: When employees are terminated in Personio, this will be updated in Planday and the applicable employee will be deactivated.
• Time management: Approved absence periods will be imported into Planday schedule per employee. Attendance will be recorded in Planday.

Setting up the interface

1. Navigate to Planday Settings > Integrations > Personio.
2. Click Connect > Input API credentials from Personio and continue.
3. Select data mapping categories.
4. Choose which employees should be imported to Planday from Personio > Save and complete.
5. You have the option to add further connections by repeating this flow as needed.
