Integration scope

• User Provisioning: Employees from Personio are automatically created in Perkbox for fast and streamlined onboarding.

• Employee Lifecycle: Keep employee data up to date in Perkbox through regular synchronisation of the data between both systems.

• User Deprovisioning: When employees leave the company, the respective Perkbox account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Personio.

Setting up the interface

1. Login to Perkbox (As an Admin)
2. Navigate to the admin homepage
3. Select integrations from the navigation bar
4. Select 'Link your People Directory'
5. Select 'Get Started'
6. Go through the pre-set-up checklist screens
7. Start the Integration set-up by choosing Personio from the tile option
8. Follow the set-up instructions
9. Once the integration between Perkbox and Personio is activated you will see an 'enabled' label on the integrations section of the admin portal
