Integration scope

The integration between Lattice and Personio is a one-way integration from Personio to Lattice designed to automate employee record provisioning into Lattice, employee record updates into Lattice and employee record deprovisioning from Lattice. The integration is also capable of syncing custom employee attributes from Gusto into Lattice.

This integration will allow for Personio and Lattice systems to interact more easily and effectively including:

• A quick and easy implementation that usually takes around 10 minutes and doesn’t require any technical help
• Less risk of sync errors and data discrepancies between Personio and Lattice.
• Continued secure data sharing from Personio to Lattice.
• This integration will save customers time by automating workflows and eliminating the manual, duplicated work between the two platforms – so they can focus on the work that really matters.

Setting up the interface

1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Integrations.
2. Scroll down and click on the Personio button.
3. You'll then be prompted to add the Client ID and Secret copied over from Personio. Select the employee types you want to pull into Lattice from Personio.
4. Select Connect. To sync your Lattice account with Personio, you must be an admin in both Lattice and Personio. Review the Lattice Help Center article "Auto-sync Compensation Default Attributes with an HRIS" if you are looking to sync compensation attributes from Personio

Transfer of data

From Personio to Lattice:
Employee ID → External user ID
First Name + Last Name → Name
Status → Status
Gender → Gender
Position → Title
Supervisor → Manager
Hire Date → Start Date
Department → Department
Email → Email
Employment type → Employee type (Not stored in Lattice, only used for filtering purposes)
