Integration Scope

• User Provisioning: When you integrate Personio and ZMI, new employees are automatically added to ZMI when added in Personio - for fast and streamlined onboarding.

• Employee Lifecycle: Whenever employee data is updated in Personio it automatically updates in ZMI, too. This ensures your employee information is up-to-date all the time.

• Time Management: Absence periods managed in ZMI are automatically added to Personio.

Setting up the Interface

The interface to Personio is set up by the ZMI Project Manager within the implementation phase. The API credentials from Personio are stored once in the system settings of ZMI.

Transfer of Data

Through the integration, employee master data is transferred from Personio to ZMI, and days of absence entered in ZMI are transferred to Personio.
