Integration scope

The goal of the integration is to reduce the effort for recruiters by synchronizing the following workflows between Personio and Radancy's Emplyoee Referrals:

• Job import from Personio to Radancy's Employee Referrals: All jobs that are posted on the Personio career page are automatically imported and published in Employee Referrals and are available for your Talent Scouts to share.
• Application export from Radancy's Employee Referrals to Personio: Referrals/Applications submitted in Employee Referrals are automatically exported to Personio and visible for Recruiters without requiring manual intervention.

Setting up the interface

The customer shall reach out to their Radancy Customer Success Manager or submit a request here and provide the following data:

• XML Job Feed of Personio (e.g. myaccount-jobs.personio.de/xml)
• Company ID
• Access Token
• Channel ID (to be set up before in Personio and named "Employee Referrals")
